With this initial information and the exchange of ideas, we can then take accurate measurements of the space or property and start to design your project – creating detailed plans for your review and contractor bidding.
Once your design plans have been finalized, a detailed and accurate timeline and budget will be developed. The final designs are realistic, detailed and address all aspects of building codes, structural integrity, material specifications, etc. Because we do such a thorough job in detailing the design process, we can estimate costs within a narrow range and schedule to the day, so you know exactly how much the project will cost and when it will be completed.
